The great people (Casey Myers and Joseph Hughes) at Northcoast Zeitgeist were kind enough to send me an awesome calendar. In exchange, I sent them a couple of pictures of the calendar “in action”. Casey and Joseph do some amazing stuff and their approach to life/work is an inspiration. In fact, I may even change the entire look and function of this site to better match my personal aesthetic taste… more on that later.
I was hoping to get more creative with the photos, but actual work seemed to keep getting in the way. That’s exactly the point though, so back to WORK!

Unwilling Mascot
No one is sure where it came from our why it is here. Since showing up in January 2009, it hasn't left. It's only identification was a stenciled "FDRY Model 75" on the back of it's head. Obviously, it seemed like an auspicious sign so I have kept it around. I have found that giving it mundane tasks, like PHP and HTML coding will keep it busy. It never says a word... not even a beep, but has somehow managed to start a site of it's own. I can't guarantee it will make any sense or vouch for the content, but if you're feeling brave it can be found at fdry75.com.
